Model for calculation of ferroelectric order parameters and phase diagram temperature-concentration of relaxors solid solution is proposed. It is shown that the technology of material consolidation which guarantees the diffusive mechanism of grain boundary formation is necessary for synthesis of qualitative nanoceramics.
