The intensity of equilibrium segregation and type of segregated element depends on orientation of a face surface and alloy composition was established. It is shown, that ions bombardment of the organic ordered hexadecantiole self-arranged on Ag (111) and Au (111) substrates monolayers result in fast degradation of molecular structure of the films, fragmentation and sputtering of molecules and is the reason of fast reduction of a layer thickness. The calculation technique of change of the quantity of atoms in an initial superficial layer of metal that interacted with power particles was developed.
