The goal is working up theory of a quantitative analysis of disperse systems by a method of X-ray photoelectric spectroscopy (XPS) and uniform cluster approximation for exposition electron and atomism of condensed dispersible structures. Within the offered framework of cluster approach the methods of calculations of sizes of surface clusters are described and the structural states АМA and their physical properties are studied. The associations of singularities of an electron structure of disperse systems on structural ordering are established, and also their relation with physical properties of materials is established.
