Combination of high level of impact toughness and strength is attained with rapid heat treatment. Joining of high temperature deformation and rapid heat treatment of high-strength special steels into common cycle provides additional raise of mechanical properties. Technological bases of rapid electrical contact sintering of powder construction steels with copper additions were developed.
