The physical model for electric discharge, volumetrical cavitation at the post-discharge stage in the field of rarefication reflected waves is based. It is shown that microcavitation bubbles, that are charged electrically, are attracted to the flax-fibre lignine structure. They provide cavitation maximal activity just at the surfase of those fibre elements that are to be crushed and moved. A way for the flax-fibre electrical discharge treatment, in particulary, for its cottonigation is based experimentally. Under this way the stregth of the flax-fibre, cottoniged by the discharge, exceeds the strength of fibre made of cotton by more than two times field of application: enterprises of textile industry.
