Modification of sol-gel technology by means of laser heating allowed to stydy the dynamics of the formation of orthosilicate nanoclusters, and to obtain two types of clusters with different packing of atoms. Established are some mechanisms of interaction between organic luminophors and nanoparticles (j-aggregates, polymer microspheres).
