The aim of work: Objects of intellectual property became the products in traditional understanding. They are inalienable part of market, reproduce all trends of world economy, and are the significant lever of influence on world market and its monopolization on some of its sectors. That's why the aim of research is competitive increase of STP and its protection, and connected with it foundation and protection of intellectual property in Ukraine by domestic and external applicants, trends of protection and using the object of intellectual property. At the result of research per contract were determined: -The direction of exclusivity MP formation in Ukraine of foreign firms in engineering industry and closing by them the internal Ukrainian market. -Trends of protections and using IP. -The necessity of formalization and personification of patents owners by the side of the state. Were rendered the methodical help on creation and using OIP. Were worked up and represented for consideration of proposals to legislative and sub legal acts of Ukraine, was prepared the inventarization of OIP order project by Ministry of industrial policy, which were created using state funds. Were conducted an examination of OIP infringement actions by enterprises of state industrial policy and license agreements. The work which were hold let to estimate: the level of protection STP, foreign firms are the potential investors in engineering industry of Ukraine, the foreign firms intention to produce into the internal Ukrainian market. The results of research and development work can be useful for the Ministry of industrial policy activity and for Ukrainian enterprises, in determining of competitive products, and determining the legal status of enterprises consider to the OIP.
