Distribution of rate of oxidation reactions was visualised. It is visibly shown that the processes of creation of voltaic couples play a dominant role at oxidation of multicomponent structures. In a course of oxidation the surface of the sample is polarised and as result of it the influence of EMF voltaic cells on the oxidation process is weaken. The chemographic image allows to detect effectively distribution of secondary phase, influence of shock plastic deformation and other agents on the rate of the sample oxidation.
