Regularities of influence of ligand type on the structure and relative stability of different coordination states of central atom was found. Water-soluble hydrolytically stable silicon complexes with polyamide ligands was obtained for the first time. This opens the possibility of their use as reagents for electrolytic deposition of high-purity silicon, for production of thin-layer silicon films and other practically useful substances.
