The dependance on specific and nonspecific adsorptive activity of DNA-containing immunoadsorbents, properties of carbonic matrices and the degree of spiralization of immobilized DNA has shown that the porosity of the carbonic matrices does not effect on the adsorption of DNA-bound antibodies.
