The kinetic and pharmacological properties of these currents were investigated. It was shown that spinal cord neurons may form inhibitory synapses on dorsal root ganglion neurons. Prolongation of the cultivation term resulted in an increase in the number of synaptic contacts. Obtained data confirm a conception that DRG neurons have potential possibility to form functional synapses on its membrane. So DRG-neurons can take part in control of information conducting.
