For measurements of values of the work function a method of the contact potential difference was applied. It was show that the availability of adsorbed Cu atoms on the surface (Q<<1) produce a fast decrease Sr diffusivity. The two methods have been extended to the surface defects simulation^ single Cu atoms on the crystals plane and vacanses of the monolayer Cu film. The Sr diffusion on the Cu films with minimum defects has been investigated. The diffusivity was calculated by Boltzman-Matano method/ The adsorption heat on the Cu monolayer film has been determined.
