It was noted that DDLHJ was observed more often accompanied by more serious form for elderly people. It was connected with age involutional changes observed in the organism and locomotor apparatus and this fact complicates considerably carrying out of theraupeutic prophylacticand rehabilitation measures. As a result of investigation complex of theurapeutic prophylactic and rehabilitation measures was developed directed to efficiency increase of hip joint arthroplasty of elderly people.
