An excellent result was obtained in 37 patients (30,3%), 70 patients (57,4%) showed a good result, a satisfactory result was revealed in 12 patients (9,8%) and 3 patients (2,5%) showed a bad result. Considerable percentage of satisfactory results (64,5%) and unsatisfactory results (8,3%) were explained by cementless and hybrid fixation method of home arthroplastic prosthesis and points out the imperfection of its construction. The basis of development of components instability of arthroplastic prosthesis is ossification bed tissue deficiency of the arthroplastic prosthesis. This was proved by means of histological investigations. It was determined that nitinol in physiological salt solution Na 1 belongs to a „Stable" material and in Ringer's Solution it belongs to a very „Stable" material.
