Electronic phenomena and magnetism f- i d-metals compounds with nonmetals (silicon, germanium, boron) popup.stage_title Head Shcherba Ivan Dmytrovych, Registration Date 29-01-2003 Organization Ivan Franko Lviv National University. Faculty of the finance and credit popup.description2 1. A report about the research work : 82 p., 30 fig., 5 tables, 3 appendixes, 82 references. The objects of the investigation are electron-electron interactions, electron states rare-earth elements in compounds based on alloys and compounds of rare-earth and transition metals with nonmetals (silicum, germanium, boron), magnetic interaction. Research methods are resistance, differential thermopower, magnetization, X-ray L-III absorptions specters, X-ray microanalysis (EDAX method) and others. Dependencies of forming of electronic transport properties have been investigated for compounds of the rare -earth (Eu, Dy, Yb) RmxXy type and for transition metals with nonmetals and of variable composition phases, a number of features of the Kondo-system states and of rare-earth-states of rare-earth ions have been studied for complex compound of europium and ytterbium; an influence of strong magnetic field on electronic and magnetic properties have been investigated for systems owning two magnetic sublattices. For passive materials, prepared according to the thick-film technology , new materials based on borides and silicides to materials based have been developed, as an alternative to materials based on precious metals. A special attention has been paid to utilization properties of the thick-film structures.5635 Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
