Investigation object - full complex of luminescence parameters of bulk and activated alkali-halide crystals with perofskite and elpasolite structures Cs2LiLaCl6, Cs2LiYCl6, Cs2LiLaCl6:Ce, Cs2LiYCl6:Ce, Cs2NaLaCl6:Nd, Cs2NaLaCl6:Ce, LaCl3:Ce, CsCi-Pb,-CsPbCl3 using time-resolved spectroscopy methods in the wide energy range. Research aim - the search of the new fast-response materials for effective registration of high-energy corpuscular streams in the mixed radiation fields. For optimization of luminophor search for separate registration of the gamma-quanta and thermal neutrons the processes of radiative relaxation of high-energy electronic excitations, the futures of intrinsic and impurity core-valence luminescence (CVL) were investigated in wide-gap halide crystals.The peculiarities of the high-energy electronic matrix excitations transfer to nanocrystals which were ingrained in dielectric matrixes, nature of intrinsic and activator CVL and mechanizms of excitation of rare earth element impurities (Ce3+, Nd3+, Er3+, Tm3+), which are characterized with high-performance radiative d-f transitions are clearified. The models of scintillation processes under different types of high-energy excitation were developed. These models can be used as basis for development of high-performance and fast-response detectors of ionizing radiation for investigation of fast-proceeding processes.
