The aim of work - to elucidate the conditions and tendencies of the transformational processes in the hydrobiocenoses of natural and anthropophicated water reservoirs of the West region of Ukraine by the means of complex researches of the hydrochemical situation, zooplancton, benthos, ichthyophauna of the most representative ecosystems with further prediction of the ecological consequences. According to the material gathered on the 46 ponds and 2 lakes of West Ukraine region, polluted by organic (algae metabolits, pesticides) and non-organic (heavy metals) substances, it were studied the features of the onecell (Ciliata) and multicell (Rotatoria, Cladocera, Copepoda) zooplancton, zoobenthos (Chironomidae and Oligochaeta larvae), and also with a help of experiments was determined the carbohydrase activity of membrane and cavity digestion of one-year carp under the content ofcupper and lead (0,002 and 5,0 mg/l correspondingly). It was estimated that as assessment of the ponds pollution should be considered the changing of microzooplancton specia systems, revealing of broken polymorphism in their populations, violation of cilia forms (in Ciliata - of edge cytoplasm, in Rotatoria - of rotary appararus). The reserched concentrarions of heavy metals decrease the level of usage of carbohydrase catalitical potential in one-year carp. It was made an attempt of mathematical modelling of heavy metals impact on the development of fish embryos. It were estimated the hydroecological pecularities of investigated water reservoirs and determined their prior pollutants, specifically heavy metals. It were researched structural and functional pecularities of the hydrobionts communities and cenotic diversity of the natural hydroecosystem under the action of anthropogenic factors. It was defined ecological and sanitary state of the water reservoirs and was replenished the bank of the ecologicaland toxicological information of the water ecosystems of the West Ukraine region and it were indicated the pecularities of their transformation.
