Faculty of the finance and credit popup.description2 Numerous investigations of usage of different sources of optical irradiation testify that seeds irradiating before showing can increase the harvest. It can be reached by percentage increasing and germination velocity, increasing of growth processes and stability of plants against phytopathogenic and antropogenic factors. Growth processes photostimulation can be realised by the participation of phytochrome system red-far-red light and reactions of red light high level energy. We showed [Skvarko, Demkiv, 1984], that laser irradiation in seedling roots the content increased and distribution of calcium ions changes in cres-salad cells. It is evident, that C2+ as secondary messenger, transfer the information of primary signal (light) to biochemical reaction caused by the changing of enzymes activity. It is known [Skvarko, 2001] that lipids hyperoxid oxidation and the polar orientation of cell membrane lipid layer determines laser photoactivation conditions of plants growth [Kitlaev, 1982]. But the role of phytohormones in this process is not elucidated till now. Optimisation of investigations of growth in such conditions with the participation of growth regulators will allow us to evaluate the perspective of usage of optical quantum generators for the needs of introduction of rare species and the ability of plant growth substances to stimulate this process.
