Faculty of the finance and credit popup.description2 It has been established the peculiarities of luminescence of phosphores based on single crystals (SC) and single crystalline films (SCF) of oxide compounds of Al2O3-Y2O3-Lu2O3 system with garnet and peroskite structures growing from melt and melt-solution. It has been shown that this peculiarities are determined the significant differences in concentration of anti-site defects (AD) and vacancy-like defects in SC and SCF and resulting in differences his spectral-kinetic characteristics. The reguliarities of relaxation of excitation energy in phosphors based on ABO3 and A3B5O12 SC and SCF with photo- and thermostimulation trap centers and emission centers created by the AD, isoelectronic dopants Sc3+, La3+ or Y3+, mercury like ions Pb2+, Bi3+ and by the activator (Ce3+ - ions) has been analized. It has been established the possibilities of improvement of scintillation characteristics and modification of luminescent spektra of "self-activated" phosphors based on tungstates with wolframite (CdWO4) or sheelite (PbWO4) structures by the doping of geterovalent (La3+, Eu3+, Tb3+, Gd3+) ions, isoelectronic (Mo6+) dopants and mercury-like ions (Bi3+, Pb2+). The reguliarities of creation of thermostimulated trap centers in CsBr:Eu2+ crystals founded on the isolated dipole centers Eu2+-VCs and aggregate centers based on nanocrystals and precipitates Eu-containing phases.
