The scientific analysis of regulation hygienic base is carried out in the field of radiation hygiene in Ukraine in comparison with the modern international standards in radiological protection and radiating safety. The basic difficulties are revealed in realization of SRSU-97 by a practical service of state sanitary epidemiological supervision of Ukraine. The priority directions of introduction in practice of SRSU-97 are determined. The project of a methodical explanatory guide on conceptual aspects of SRSU-97 for a practical service of public health services of the population and other bodies of the executive authority of the state is prepared.
