The aim of the study: to study radiomodifying properties of polyplatillen and its influence on the radionuclides elimination . Methods of the study: radiometric, hematological, biochemical, radioimmunological, morfological. Results: It was established, that radiomodifying action of polyplatillen defends both from the dose of the preparation itself and from the dose of ionizing irradiation. Radioprotective effect of polyplatillen (5,0 mg/kg) was firend on the first day after irradiation in the dose 0,3 Gy on the hematological indices, on the morfological state of the liver , on the indices of erythrocytes membrane stableness. With injection of polyplatillen in the dose 30,0 mg/kg radioprotective action is observed on the indices of tiroxin, thriiodinetironine, and insulin gormones and on the morfological indices of thyroid gland steate. With the irradiation in the dose 3,0 Gy radiomodifying action of polyplatillen in the doses 5,0 and 30,0 mg/kg was notdisplayed. Polyplatillen radiosensibilizying action was shown on the indices which characterize the process of lipids peroxide oxidation. Polyplatillen in the dose 30,0 mg/kg increases the period of Cs-137 halfelimination, which correspondigly increases the absorbed doses of rats organism irradiation.
