Object of research: physical processes levitation (soar) and vibro-levitation turn of parts of small rigidity. Purpose: the improving of levitation and vibro-levitation turn mathematical models by taking into account of reference factors, which approximate the calculation model to actual turn process. Methods of research: theoretical and experimental. From the point of Liapunov's buckling motion theory the estimation of dynamic system stability is given, the ensuring stability conditions for the subsystem "chisel-part" in levitation turn process are justified. The method of elastic radial movements compensation of thin-wall cylindrical shells. These movements conditioned by radial component of cutting force. The method is based on periodic stepping action usage, which decreases the processing error. The methodic of impulse parameters definition, which are provide the elimination of radial elastic movements of the processed workpieces and final steady equilibrium position at any cutting force position. The mechanical devices for realization of the levitation turn of thin-wall cylindrical parts, which permit to improve characteristics of system. In combination of devices for non-contact basing and cutting moment creation, which don't invoke deformations of processing object from clamp forces, the essential increase of accuracy and quality of turn processing of the wide class of the workpieces with small rigidity is provided.
