Objectives: improvinq the system of adolescent morbidity prophylaxy in the offspring of fathers who took part in eliminating Chernobyl accident consequences by monitoring their health state. Methods: conventional clinical, hormonal, immunologic, psychological, cytogenetic, instrumental (ECG, PhCG, Echo-CS, DoEcho-CS, Echo-SG and thyroid gland ultrasound investigation). Theoretical and practical results, novelty. Certain peculiarities in the process of sexual maturation and health formation in children born from fathers having taken part in elimination of Chernobyl acident consequences were revealed. Early initiation of the organism pubertal changes, certain features in neuro-endocrinal regulation of the process and more intensive course of sexual maturation in girls were established. A high level of general pathologic affection, significant incidence of digestive and respiratory disorders, endocrinal system diseases, neuro-psychic disturbances and congenital anomalies of development were registered. Early manifestation of chronic pathology accompanied by function disorders was traced already in prepuberty. Some features in forming psychological health and emotional sphere development were determined. An increase in the amount of sings of latent instability of somatic cells genome were established. Scientifically substantiated principles concerning improvement of purposive prophylactic system for such children differentiated according to sex and the stage of maturation were proposed. Effectivity: an increase of tho level of psychosomatic and reproductive helth in the offsprings from fathers having taren part in elimination of Chernobyl accident consequences.
