The colors of the Q2237+0305 components have been measured, and characteristics of their behavior have been analized, in particular, a significant correlation between the variations of (V-I), (V-R) colours and variations of magnitudes of the components has been found. For SBS 1520+530 system, a set of new estimates of magnitudes of the components in R and I bands was obtained. The observational data, which include the time period from 1998 to 2001, demonstrate noticeable brightness variations of A and B components with the amplitudes of 0.2m and 0.25m respectively at the time scales of months. A numerical simulation allowed to estimate the mass of the lensing galaxy. This estimate, and the obtained R-H colour of the galaxy indicates, that the lensing galaxy of SBS 1520+530 system is a spiral one. During 1998-2001, speckle interferometry of close binary and multiple stellar systems was carried out with the BTA telescope. A new binary and 7 new tripple systems have been discovered. 15 new orbits have been calculated, and 5 known orbits have been built with the higher accuracy. For 68 binary and 4 tripple systems, the estimates of absolute magnitudes and spectral classes of the components have been determined.
