Direct electronmicroscopic the examinations show interrelation of dislocation structure of fulerite films С60 with features of their propagation stipulated by participation of processes of a coalescence. For the first time experimentally set, that the coat of С60 on titanium have the protective properties, the degree of which protection depends on a surface condition of titanium. The protective properties of films correlate with their thin structure: less defect film with more equilibrium shape of chips have higher protective properties.
