The objective of the work is to determine on the basis of the draft of the Hygienic Labour Classification developed at the Ministry of Health of the Ukraine uniform quotients of provisions of benefits and compensations for those employed at the jobs with harmful and heavy labour conditions. Analytical, comparative, systematization and generalization methods have been used. The novelty of the work consists in the fact that for the first time together with the evaluation of the labour conditions and on the basis of the Hygienic Labour Classification uniform quotients have been worked out to provide benefits and compensations for those employed at harmful and heavy jobs.
