The goal of the work is the working out of the Unified tariff scale for the remuneration for work of the Government bodies' employees with the aim of unification of position base salaries. Two versions of the Unified tariff scale are worked out on the base of schemes suggested by the Ukrainian Cabinet of Minister's draft decree, which provides for unification of position salary rates of employees of Government bodies.
