The goal of the work is the development of unified approaches to the determination of the structure of cash security of military servicemen subordinated to various "strong arm" Ministries and departments. Methods of research - analytical, functional analysis, comparison. The result of the investigation comprises the construction of the scheme of comparison of correspondence of military servicemen positions in the various "strong-arm' ministries and departments in Ukraine. Basic principles of the construction of schemes of inter-positional tariff coefficients according to basic typical positions in the organizational structure of various "strong-arm" ministries and departments are suggested on this basis. Main conceptual approaches to correction of the negative situation, which appeared in the sphere of cash security of military servicemen of the various Ukrainian military formations, on the basis of their unification, are stated in this work.
