Gorky popup.description2 VOLUME AND OBJECT OF RESEARCH. Work is based on results of clinical supervision over 223 patients, which were on treatment in ENT-department of Donetsk city hospital №1. From them patients with sensoneural hearing loss was 85, with ear noise 138 person. THE PURPOSE OF RESEARCH: Increase of efficiency of treatment of patients with acute both chronic sensoneural hearing loss and tinnitus due to inclusion in a complex of therapy of the medicinal leech or medical products on its basis. RESULTS: On the basis of the carried out researches it is established, that use hirudotherapy or pharmacohirudotherapy allows to restore hearing in 81,2 % and 55,5 % accordingly, that on 39,7 % and 14 % it is better in comparison with a traditional technique (41,5 %). Use of the medical leech or gel "Hirudo" allows to achieve disappearance of ear noise in 65,4 % and in 45,1 %, and in group of the control only in 36,8 %. Use of parameters of electric dermal carrying out and a strain of oxygen in tissue correlate with efficiency of treatment. The dynamic control over these parameters is criterion of adequacy of therapy. NOVELTY. For the first time techniques of use hirudotherapy and pharmacohirudotherapy are developed at treatment acute both chronic sensoneural hearing loss and tinnitus. Also for the first time a quality monitoring behind adequacy hirudotherapy are developed. EFFICIENCY. Use of the given techniques allows to increase efficiency of treatment of the given pathology on the average on 20-25 % in comparison with traditional techniques.
