PURPOSE: work out and inculcate new methods of diagnostics and treatment of acute virous neuroinfections in children and prognosis for the outcome of the disease. RESULTS OBTAINED: the use of immunostimulators accelerates reparative processes of CNS in children with acute neuroinfections, increases the indicies of cell and humoral immunity allow to improve early differential diagnostics of severety of CNS impairment in different virous infections. NOVELTY: for the first time a new differential approach for the administration of antivirous preparations in a complex tretment with immunostimulators depending on the condition and aetiology of neuroinfections was elaborated. EFFICIENCY: the lime shortening of the period of in-patient treatment on 3 days, the improvement of an early differential diagnostics of CNS impairments with different virous aetiology, cutting down of the economic expenditure for the treatment, the improvementof the prognosis (for 5%) of complications and consequences.
