Gorky popup.description2 With the purpose of reduce of amount of postoperative complications, enriching of long-term results of surgical treatment of the patients with combined diseases of organs of a gastrointestinal path the analysis of treatment 112 patients is carried out. The features of clinical flow of diseases in conditions of their combination are revealed. The tactical approaches to a choice of the indications to surgical and conservative treatment are developed. Risk factors of development of postoperative complications are determined, the original procedures of formation antystenotic anastomoses are offered. In result of introduction in clinical practice of the specified developments amount of postoperative complications was reduced on 1,8%, the term of hospitalization on 4 days.
