Gorky popup.description2 OBJECT OF STUDY: we have studied 43 families in which husbands were alcoholics, 95 women, who lived with present or former husbands-alcoholics in common, in joint apartments, 50 mothers of patients with syndrome of narcotic (opioid, amphetamine) and tramadol dependence. PURPOSE: to reduce the terms of treatment of the persons with co-dependence to 10 weeks due to elaboration of the complex of curative-rehabilitational measures on the basis of non-medicinal methods. RESULTS OBTAINED. In wives of alcoholics the psychopathology have been evaluated both in terms of borderline psychiatry and as co-dependence manifestations. In women, who lived in joint apartments with husband-alcoholic the pathologic somatosensory sensations are characteristic both in structure of non-organic and organic mental pathology. During the investigation of co-dependent mothers of drug addicts regredient and progredient types of mental disorders' course have been revealed and studied. The complex curative-diagnostic system in co-dependence was elaborated. NOVELTY: for the first time the complex curative-diagnostic system in co-dependence have been elaborated.
