The purpose of work: to study influence of eplerenone on heart failure in patients who have myocardial infarction. Methods of research: echocardiography, electrocardiography, biochemical research of blood, general analyses of blood and wet, physical examination. The received results: concerning each patient 20 visits were executed. Each patient received eplerenone/placebo in a dose 50 mg per day. Term of supervision has made 3 years. The decrease of frequency of cardiovascular complications and hospitalization on 20 % in comparison with group placebo is registered in group eplerenone.
