Aim of the work: To decrease the level of antenatal fetus infections, puerperal purulent inflammatory diseases, perinatal mobodoty and mortality. Тhere were studied the particularity of clinical course and immune status of patients with purulent inflammatory diseases. Тhere was proposed the programme of prophylactic and treatment such patients with efferent methods using (plasmapheresis, X-ray radiation autoblood and other). The results of this scientific work were provided in obstetrical hospitals, perinatal centres and intensive care for newborns department in Donetsk region.
