Gorky popup.description2 Object of the study: 1526 patients with cystic ovarian benign tumors (OBT) and ovarian tumor-like formations (OTLF) and 57 healthy women. The purpose is to elaborate scientifically justified diagnostic, medical and prognostic technologies of reproductive health recovery in the women with cystic OBT and OTLF. Тhe features of clinic, sonographical morphometry, videoendoscopical rendition, immunoendocrynological status and hystostructure of OTLF and bilaterial hyperandrogenic ovarian tumor-like diseases are studied. Efficiency: increase of quantity organoprotective management in the women with OBT and with OTLF with 50 up to 70%, increase of quantity of a reproductive function recovery cases in them - from 65% up to 78%.
