PURPOSE WORK:to reveal of a feature of flow and to elaborate methods of correction generalized periodontitis for HIV-infected cities of Donetsk and area. METHOD OF TESTINGS: clinical examination, rongenological method, laboratory research, estimation of a microbialogic landscape of oral cavity. THE OBTAINED OUTCOMES:the estimation stomatological of the status for HIV-infected is made, the features of flow main(basic) stomatological of diseases are detected, the methods of correction of treatment and preventive maintenance of relapses generalized periodontitis and preventive maintenance of an oral candidiasis are designed.NOVELTY: are designed and two structures are entered into practice: for treatment generalized periodontitis, structure for preventive maintenance of relapses and structure for preventive maintenance of an oral candidiasis.RESEARCH: in practice of dental clinic and pedagogical process of medical high schools. EFFICIENCY: the usage of offered structures has allowed to increase efficiency of treatment on 15 %, to reduce terms of treatment to 3-4 days and to reduce frequency of relapses to 20 %.
