The aim of SRW (scientific research work) is the study of clinical and biological mechanisms of forming of psychoneurological disorders and development their differentive treatment in chronic inflammative urogenital patients. Results and their novelty: there were revealed at the patients: the infringements of activity of autonomic nervous system with prevalence of simpaticotonia, the men have had the decrease of autonomic nervous system's activity on the background of obvious displays of clinic, it meant the restriction of reserves of body, these changes tend to increasing during disease; living for limits of age norm of latent extrapyramidal symptoms took place to be; bioelectrical activity of brain changed as general brain disorders and disfunction of diencephalon and stim structures, latent infringements of adaptation at these patients were seen only at the analysis of heartratevariability with useing of modern computer technologies; clinical meaning infringements of emotions and personalities; joint disorders uncluded low back spine defeat, oligoarthritis with primary defeat knees, shin-foot joints and also sacro-iliacal synchondrosis in the bigger part of cases. These changes must taking into account at assignment of adequate treatment. The course of treatment needs all components of pathology, especially contrethiological factor.
