Аim: to work out the standarts of medical aid & social-rehabilitation measures at different levels of its organisation for children with organic lesion of nervous system. A computer programe, for child neurologists, child psychiatrists & specialists of psychologo-medico-pedagogic consultation. It makes it possible to precise a diagnosis and degree of pathological state and to personise a complex of rehabilitation measures. As a part of the programe, scales of neurological, psychiatric, intellectual pathology were created so as a scale of functional independence. According to these scales the medicamental and physiotherapeutic treatment is proposed. As for psychiatric pathology scales which are proposed makes it possible not only to asses the hardness of psychiatric disorders but to differentiate positive and pseudonegative symptomes.
