M., Registration Date 03-02-2003 Organization Institute of newrology, psychiatry and narcology AMS of Ukraine popup.description2 Aim:to study the degenerative brain disorders on experimental models and also its functional disorders, neurobiological mechanism of influence on different combinations of transplantation and distant implantation of embryonic neurospecific tissues (ENT) and their composition with potential brainspecific proteins and antibodies to them. On the models of mnestic disorders were showed that intracerebral transplantation of ENT locus coeruleus (LC) regenerates memory, increases the content of norepinephrine in neocortex and in the place of transplant implanted,improves the immunity indices; such effects cause the transplantation of ENT hippocamp. Distant implantation ENT LC regenerates memory, increases the content of catecholamines in hippothalamus, blood, adrenal glands and heart. Correlational effects depend on typological paculiarities which increase by the introduction of potentiation protein S-100. On the model of extrapyramidal disorders was established that intracerebral transplantation ENT substantia nigra (SN) corrolates the mood, brain electrogenesis, the level of dophamine, norepinephrine in caudate nucleus, restores morphofunctional changes in brain. Distant implantation SN in complex with ENT LC and SN also improves the mood,normalizes the content of catecholamines in hypothalamus,serotonin in extrapyramidal brain structure,nomalizes arterial pressure in old rats, diminishes extrapyramidal disorders.These effects increase introduction the potentia-tion antibodies to the protein S-100. Distant implantation ENT of anterior hypothalamus and amygdaloid complex causes depressive effect in rats with arterial hypertention which increases by xenoimplantation of embrionic tissue of medicinal leech.
