The preclinical testaments of new long-acting opioblockers - naloxone- prolong were carried out. It was established that the naloxone-prolong belongs to nontoxic substances (V class of toxicity). The revealed adverse effects of naloxone-prolong is cause, mainly, by solvents. It was proposed to continue testament of naloxone-prolong, as a base for antirelapse treatment of opiate addiction, after replace of ethyloleate by nontoxic solvents.
