Aim:To determine the role arterial hepertation(AH) in structure of risk factors(RF) of cerebral insult (CI) on the base of date analysis the register of CI in Kharkov.Method of research:Epidemiological,stutistical. On the date of research carrying out during 9 months, 2002. It examined population was founded out only 2347 acute disorders of cerebral circulation that would come to 189 to 100 thousand population (avarage indices on Ukraine286,9 to 100 thousand population),second insult-20%.Ischemic insult(II) came to 29,7%, hemorrhagic insults (HI) -27,9%,didn"t find out CI -42,4 %. The CI with AH -1475 cases (119 to 100 thousand population). Correlation between CI with AH (CI without AH) came to 1,7:1.The analysis of etiological factors showed that AH was more frequent RF development CI (54%).Predominated the soft forms of AH but the indices arterial pressure were 140/90 - 180/105 mm. (58%).The analysis of illness condition is depended from existence AH showed that patients with AH indicate more massive character of lesion in insult,illness urrent and rehabilitation period went off heavily and the prognosis was less favourable.Taking into account the contribution of AH in development CI and insufficiently high level of revealing AH in Ukraine as it was showed on the example of Kharkov region.It was necessary to know that successful prevention of appearing insult would be directed to reveal AH and its successful treatment.
