Pharmacological screening of obtained compounds has been realized in rats with the purpose to find out compounds affecting appetite. Substances (0,07-0,5 mg/kg) with the potent psychopharmacological properties (anxiolytic,anticonvulsion) have been found in the series of 3-aminoderivatives of 1,4-benzodiazepines. Some of substances exhibit higher activity as compared to diazepam. Compounds enhancing as well as inhibiting appetite have been found.
