Isolation of peroxidase from horse-radish root has been realized and possibility to use nonpurified extract for phenol oxidation in membrane dialysis has been shown. Data on the phenols oxidation by dezoxon containing hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acetic acid have been obtained. Data on the possibility to use numerous times peroxidase in membrane dialysis have been obtained that gives possibility to concentrate oxidation products.
