The work purpose - development of informational-analytical system with the distributed artificial intelligence (IAS) "University" ensuring automation and effective management by the basic processes of high school activity, which is made on the basis of modern information technologies, and also development of a complex of the appropriate software. Theoretical results - the organizational structure of high school is determined, the functional model of IAS "University" as a complex of the data flow diagrams and logic model of a database as set of the entity-relation diagrams is developed. Practical results - on the basis of the developed functional structure and logic model of a database the allsystem database of IAS "University" is created, the allsystem software as set of stored procedures and inquiries to a database and applied software is created, Using for the decision of separate functional tasks of IAS "University". Novelty - the carried out development are new also have not analogues in territory of Ukraine. Efficiency - the offered development allow to improve information service of divisions of high school, to automate the decision of tasks of planning and control of realization of educational activity of high school, and also to supply automation of document circulation of high school.
