In work methodical approaches to market estimation of cost of the enterprise, the proved necessity of alternative estimations are offered in view of variants of improvement management of process of an intensification of use and updating of EIP. Increase of a role of the personnel and the person of heads is shown requirement of strengthening of influence of state regulation for this sphere, creation of the real motivational mechanism of increase of readiness of the enterprises to attraction of innovations. Improvement of vertical integration of manufacture, introduction of progressive forms of its organization, working off of methodical questions of constructive interaction of the big and small organizational formations within the framework of uniform and related technological complexes at different patterns of ownership is the important factors in intensifications of use and updating of region EIP. In work it is proved necessity of attraction of educational establishments for granting the methodical help to the enterprises in improvement of professional skill and certification of managers of all levels, search of actual innovations, development and examinations of design decisions in sphere of innovative development, introduction of effective forms of decentralization of powers and the responsibility, profile forms of integration of manufacture for overcoming a barrier of insufficient scales of activity in conditions of globalization of economy. The developed conceptual and methodical approaches can be applied for an estimation of real safety, a condition of market transformation and use EIP of a manufacturing industry.
