Genetic and Breeding Basis of Forming of Forest Stands by High Productivity and Economic Value in the Western Region of Ukraine. popup.stage_title Head Krynickyj G., Registration Date 17-03-2003 Organization Ukrainian State University of Forestry and Wood Technology popup.description2 going successfully. By growing of this species and also of Douglas fir it is possible to raise the forest. productivity of the region. With the aim of the most profound usage of Douglas fir and grand fir potential productivity it is recommended to cultivate them at pure or short-term mixed stands. Introduction of European larch at rich edatopes allows to raise significantly the stand productivity on Roztochya and Opillya. Cultivation of pitch pine at relatively poor and relatively rich edatopes improves productivity of forests at Western and Small Polissya. Austrian pine is acclimatized well and it is highly productive species on dry carbonate soils on Podillya elevation. It is noted significant differences between Scotch pine stands by biological resin productivity at different regions of Western Ukraine, thus standard indices for resin productivity at every region it is necessary to calculate separately, they are presented at the work. Resonance wood of common spruce has increased cellulose content in comparison to normal wood, but the resonance wood of sycamore maple has lower density. The proposed method of acoustic indices determination in the work allows to make more rapid and improve the process of resonance wood selection. It is presented technological parameters of new method for fungal inoculum production and mycorrhizal inoculation of woody species. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
