The general requirements are designed, which one are presented to the terrain disturbed by open mining robots and to technology of their recovery. For the first time are executed systematization and analysis of conventional methods of an estimation of parameters of technogenic load of the open mining operations on an environment, by results of which one the requirements and rational approaches to a complex estimation of flow diagrams are formulated at preservation (closing) of opencasts. The new classification of technogenic objects in opencast with allowance for of directions of their further usage is designed and for the first time key factors of selection of the rational scheme of adaptation of opencast are determined at his liquidation for formation of value of a goaf and other technogenic objects, as resource. The estimation of flow diagrams of effecting of mining operations is executed(made) on the basis of ecological parameters(indexes) of influencing on atmosphere, hydrosphere and rock sphere, which one allows at preservation (closing) of opencasts to correct parameters of flow diagrams with the purpose of their approaching to optimum parameters.
