Methods of investigations - morphological, cultural, bioecological, pathological. Рathological characteristics of pathogens were studied using methods of V.I.Bilay(1983), M.M. Pidoplichko(1977), M.K. Khochryakova(1984), U.V. Kalyuzhy(1975), I.A.Dudka, N.M. Zhdanova(1982), A.P. Gryganski (2001). Micromycetes species of winter wheat ear, seeds of winter raps, carrot during storage, black currant and edible mushrooms by artificial cultivation were studied. Dependence between identifying of toxins producing fungal species, their antibiotic, fungistatic and phytotoxic activity and ecological factors was stated. Active strains of micromycetes-producents of antibiotics and micotoxins were selected. Most typical antagonists of cultivated macromycetes were identified.
