The aim of the research was a theoretical basement of the composite system of utilization (bio-conversion) of the main wastes of the agro-industrial complex . In the researches a field long-termed experiment and laboratory methods (chemical and physical-chemical) were used. There is worked out and based a fertilizing system for cultures in vegetable crop rotation, which is grounded on using of bioconversion products. Their influence on fertility of the main types of soils in the Northern Forest-Steppe was estimated. It was stated that the new kinds of fertilizers provide the obtaining of biologically full-value products which can be use for children and dietary nutrition. The ways of technologicalimprovement of vegetable crops technology of growing, which allows stabilizing soil fertility, to lower ecological pressure on the ecosystem were proposed. These results are economically high-effective and energetically proved, they can be used in vegetable growing and as a scientific material when the specialists in this branch are trained.
