The informational-analytical review of current scientific programs which are planned to be carried out on the ISS was created. The "Long-term program of joint Russian-Ukrainian scientific researches and technological experiments" and the "Procedure of realization of the long-term program and the usage of obtained results regulations" were developed and passed by Rosaviakosmos and NSAU. A database of the experiments, planned on the ISS, was created. A list of first-term joint Russian-Ukrainian space experiments, which are supplied with programs and specifications, was defined. In the frames of the scientific-methodological support of the program researches of the collective processes in ionospheric and magnetospheric plasmas aimed at the improvement of the ground-based stage of the preparation of space experiments were made.
